Unreliable internet providers

I’m sorry but rain really disappointed me today. Money got deducted from my account yesterday the 1st of june as usual because they deduct every 1st of the month and today they disconnected the Wi-Fi and said I’m owi the same amount that was deducted yesterday. I really do not understand I got less money in my account yesterday because they deducted and today I’m owing the same amount and I never miss a payment, they then asked me to send proof that money was deducted and I sent proof and I’ve been waiting and that time i work from home. I’m very disappointed at rain. I’m cancelling my contract with rain this month.
