Unreliable internect service from Rain

It looks like that Rain does not have reliable internet technology. The following are my bad experience with Rain: - Some certain apps can not be opened by Rain, such as" Kuaishou". I have been called the Rain customer service complained about that for a week, and the problem has not been solved. - Constantly unstable WIFI connection. - When the load shedding finished, it took nearly 5 minuts to get back the signals. - There is no "24 hours" customer service at the year 2023!!! I am seriously suggest people that DO NOT take Rain as it's internet service is not reliable.
