Unreliable

if i could rate the service received a 0 i would. I have been unable to access the internet, i have raised about 4 tickets and no one has come back to me. I had to call, long and behold nothing is working, tried their stupid diagnostics and 0. Their service is pathetic. Unreliable. Will definitely be looking for another ISP.
