Unreliable delivery of products
Do things right the first time, many companies go by this. Unfortunately Rain can't do this, how can you sell a product and not deliver everything as per the order. Received a sim card without a router, yet payments have been made.

08 May 2023, 12:47Still no feedback regarding this issue, CCD has no feedback from you guys since I called them this morning regarding delivery of my stuff. Last week I was told by a RAIN consultant that my issue was escalated, today I call and they say no one escalated it. All your calls are recorded, we can run them back and listen to all the lies I have been fed.

09 May 2023, 09:15Here's some tech advice for you guys who reply here, setup a bot to send auto replies to customers, have a statement called feed lies and have multiple different cases to reply to, cause that's all you have been doing, You don't need human intervention here.
