Unreliable connections

I've been using Rain WiFi for about 3-4 months, and I'm starting to regret my subscription. Whenever I connect my PC and cellphone to the WiFi, it frequently says there's no internet and disconnects my devices. This has been a frustrating experience, especially when trying to work or stream content. I hoped for a reliable service, but unfortunately, it hasn’t met my expectations. I’m seriously considering switching to a different provider.
