Unrealisable service

Good Day,

I have been a loyal Rain customer since 2018, when the company first launched with their 4G network. However, this year I have experienced the worst service from the provider.

My first issue arose when I encountered problems with my SIM card. To resolve the issue, I had to make four separate calls, each taking about 11 minutes to connect with customer service, all while using my own airtime. On multiple occasions, calls were cut off due to network issues, and the customer service team failed to call me back, forcing me to repeat the entire 11-minute process each time.

Currently, I am facing persistent connectivity issues with my 5G router. The seamless connection I once enjoyed has deteriorated since August, and despite making over three calls for assistance, the problem remains unresolved. Each time, I was told my issue had been escalated and that I had been connected to a nearby tower. Unfortunately, the issue continues to persist, with no meaningful solution in sight.

Furthermore, I have been disappointed with the professionalism of their staff. On one occasion, a representative began the call by sneezing and ended the conversation abruptly without proper etiquette, which I found unprofessional and discourteous.

This ongoing frustration leads me to believe that Rain may be cutting back on resources, reducing the personnel involved in resolving customer issues to save costs, while leaving customers to bear the brunt of these changes. It also seems that the customer service team lacks the proper training and structure to handle complaints in an effective and professional manner.

Overall, my experience with Rain has significantly declined, and I am left questioning the value of continuing with their service.
