Unreachable & unprofessional

Very bad, I've been trying to get hold of Rain support since the 26/09/2023, I've requested a call recording on the 26/09/2023 as I'm being advise that I'm owing R2640.00 and discounted and I have to pay R1700+ and the reason I'm owing is that I have level up to level 5 of which it was not part of the agreement between myself and the sales consultant. I want Rain to listen to the call recording and advise me how did they get the figure. and also every time when you call them their line get cut off and don't even bother to call back.
