unreachable means how do I buy your product

Well I am interested in buying a product from rain mobile and I want to ask a couple of questions before I actually commit and pay , but no answer on phone , no reply on emails and then I sat and waited on the online chat and started as number 67 in queue and when it reach 18 in queue it disconnected and I tried again the I was number 70 in queue so I gave up , might make contact with aliens before rain mobile
