Unproffessional Service

I have never experienced such nonsense service where a device and a sim card that does not work are delivered then endless calls from consultants trying to "fix" the problem. I have been doing the same thing over and over again for the past week where nothing is being done. I dont know how they expect one to feel when you getting the same call over and over again with no solution. I would not refer anyone to this joke of a company.
