UNPROFESSIONALISM

I made a payment of R250 for the month of June and I was told to pay R298 for APRIL (I paid for this month) and MAY I never used it was offline for the whole month, so not I am being told that I am in arrears because of this which I am failing to understand why!! because I paid already.
