Unprofessional , untrained , ****mers
untrained billing team , giving customers incorrect information regarding their accounts , no communication regarding increase interest on the account , no communication sent stating that your wifi will be put off due to reason , managers are no where to be found when we request them to contact us , i hope Conrad Leigh and Brandon Leigh see this review urgently as i am a unhappy customer

31 Dec 2025, 10:52Now i am being told that my account shows up to date on SOME CHECKS ON THE SYSTEM , the 31st my wifi has been put off with no communication , increased amount with no communication , i want this sorted today. I was informed that my account is on 0 , have paper-trial whereby not once but it was told twice that my account is update to day. Rain CEO Conrad Leigh OR Brandon Leigh please intervene urgently as i feel like this is *****/**** whereby customer asked more than once regards account
