UNPROFESSIONAL SHOCKING SERVICE

They advertised that my area had 5 G coverage so I signed up for their service so I could work from home. Little did I know that after more than a month I'd still be without internet connection. The router can't be activated because according to my IT guys there is no coverage at my house. This after RAIN website confirmed that there is coverage in my area. And worst of all, their call Centre is closed and their support people don't respond to my query.

I have never seen such unprofessional behavior especially from a service provider who has billed me for a service you can't use. I want my money back. Can anyone from RAIN just refund me!!!!
