Unprofessional services

After writing a review here on hello Peter, they rep**** and said my matter would be attended to urgently, a couple of days later I have heard nothing from them. I ordered a 5G router and sim, it was delivered to me, however I have not been able to used it. When I call the call centre number they are saying they haven’t activated my SIM card, they will escalate it the the next department, I called three times and heard the same story all three times.They further went on to cancel my deal, but they are saying nothing about refunding me. Stay away from these people.
