Unprofessional services
Very unprofessional,
It comes to my attention that my account balance has reached to 1490.44, of which last time I used rain it's 2021 June, did not pay service was disconnected later years on the line 2024 I receive a phone call from Easton berry saying am owing rain, now be clear with me how am I supposed to pay for services I was never offered. And why has a month to month service become an obligation for me pay monthly for services am not using.?

05 Oct 2024, 07:34Here we go again, can someone at rain explain to me whats happening last month my account was showing that i owe1400, now same thing is happening it shows that am owing 163.17, i would like to understand how i owe rain for services i dont use, i had even requested closure of the account but since the matter was escalated to relevant department up-to-date.
