Unprofessional service, no internet no assistance for 5 days.

Activated my sim card paid for the uncapped and still today have no internet AT ALL since I've paid on the 31s January 2021. I sent a message on support no assistance. I called in spoke to a woman by the name of Zinhle she has been the most unprofessional person on a telephone. She told me someone will call me for assistance till today I haven't gotten a call. As a paying client I must say I want my money back they can keep their sim card. Useless networs
