Unprofessional service from Rain

Good day, I am very annoyed with Rain. The connectivity dropped today the 25th January 2023 at about 15:10, they gave me a reference number that a technical person will get back to me. It is now 19:30 and still no technical person came back to me. I work from hom and need the connectivity, I service at Rain is becoming very unprofessional and they don't think about us as customers even though I pay on time with no hassles. I might have to look for another service provider cause the service is unprofessional
