Unprofessional ,****s of note

Wow can believe I was ****med on a recorded line,the rain team is very unprofessional,I called thier called them to cancel my contract and also dispute the cost charged on my account as the amount charges I never enjoyed the benefits,the consultant agrees we me and says pay R50 to reactivate the account so we can cancel and dispute the amount charged,I paid the R50 but now I am getting messages saying I didn't pay the agreed amount,I am surprised because I did not make any arrangement with anyone.this tells you that people working for rain are not honest and have no proper control at rain to manage employees to be truthful,um disappointed and feeling fooled
