Unprofessional *********** People working at Rain

I am frustrated and disappointed with Rain' unprofessional service. My account was debited twice within a period of a few days, for a higher amount then my contract amount. I contacted Rain support.+***0, was advised the support team will get back to me, STILL WAITING FOR THEM, NOBODY IS RESPONDING!!. The audacity of Rain to still sent me a reminder for non payment, yet they took 2 payments??? A bunch of very *********** people working there.
