UNPROFESSIONAL PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER

I received my sim card on Friday 11 June 2021 and received an sms saying it has been activated. Till to this day, I haven't been able to use it, because it says there's no network!

I've called rain several times but they keep telling me the same thing about their network department, the same network department that has done nothing on their side to assist me and it was said the issue will be resolved within 24 hours(mind you that was Saturday). This is surely a high level of incompetence.

I feel like cancelling my contract with them because they provide a pathetic service. This is a warning to anyone who is interested in purchasing the rain sim card.
