Unprofessional home network

The customer service at rain is very poor. The agents are *********** because thus far I have been dealing with different agents but still no results. I have been trying to cancel my 4G wifi Sim card that is not in use since 2020. Every time I get different information from the agents and I was finally connected to the cancelation department on my last call and the agent assured me it's definitely canceled this time but I still get debited for it!!! This is so frustrating because I'm paying for a service I don't want and have been trying to cancel.
