Unprofessional

What is wrong with Rain? Honestly, are they this unprofessional? After I wrote a review last week Wednesday, I received the response that told they will get back to me, but no one called instead they then immediately opened my internet. Today they have closed it again saying that I have outstanding balance which an arrangement was done already with them. I am truly tired with this back and forth with them
