Unprofessional

I have been using rain for more than 6 months. I probably recommended it to more than 10 people. And the thanks I got from them was them suspending my service half way throughout the month. I spoke to more than 8 consultants, both over a call, via emails and on Twitter, but 48hours later still my query has not been resolved. They are unprofessional and ***********. How can a whole team not understand that i paid on the 26th of May for April and that my next payment is meant after 30 days of using the service which is the 26th of June and not the 17th of June. @rainSouthAfrica has put my job on the line as I work from home. I am frustrated and disappointed. This is a ****.
