Unprofessional Assistance

They are very helpful when selling the service but when you complain about the unstable connection, nothing much can be done. Went to return my router at the Rondebosch Rain store yesterday and there was another customer there with the same issue I had, we were supposed to be contacted about pick-up of the router after cancelling our lines and after a month, we were not contacted. The women who helped me was miserable and unfriendly. This company does not care for customers and retentions. Would not recommend.
