Unprofessional and Annoying Payment Reminders

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Rain. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify that I don't owe them any money, they continue to send me payment reminders. This is not only frustrating but also unprofessional.

I've tried to contact their customer service team multiple times, but they seem to ignore my requests and continue to send me threatening messages. I've had enough of their harassment and demand that they stop sending me payment reminders immediately.

Rain needs to improve their customer service and communication skills. They should be more careful when dealing with customers and ensure that they have the correct information before sending payment reminders. I would not recommend Rain to anyone until they resolve this issue and improve their service.
