Unprofessional
I cancelled my contract with Rain but they continue daily to try and debit my account. Yesterday I sent them the following message below in brackets but no one got back to me and today, they still tried to debit my account. (Why are you trying to debit my account on a cancelled contract, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and today you been trying to debit, causing me bank charges.)

08 Jul 2022, 06:29Now this morning Rain just tried again to debit my account. Is this even allowed by law or consumer law for a company to try to debit someone on a daily basis? What steps do I need to take as no one from Rain even bothers to contact me or to apologize.

09 Jul 2022, 05:32The arrears amount where confirmed and we made arrangements to repay them of which I did, so now to covef up this your unprofessional of debiting my account on a daily basis you now telling me I have arrears, where were this arrears hiding because when I went to my account it would show the arrears which I now paid. If you didn't get money that you trying to debit since last week Friday, does it make sense to continue to try to go to someone account every single day, I never agree to this

09 Jul 2022, 05:48On the 24th of March I was debited R67. 35 to add for the internet services for March as I spoke to Adonia on 30 December and someone else after that and we agreed that since I changed the cover for March I will only add R67, 35. Are your calls not recorded? Go back to the recodings and leave my account alone
