Unprofessional

I'm so disgusted in rains poor service delivery. I want to cancel my subscription with them. I was advised that they would call me to assist and I never received a call or feedback. I can hardly use the wifi how can you debit my account every month without fail?? If the area next to me has loadshedding I cannot use it. Your service is poor and unprofessional.
