Unpleasant, Horrible service

I have been a customer of Rain for a while now and because of the good service, I upgraded. Then hell began. The service is horrible, my speed is so slow it literally takes 3 hours to send an email. I have logged my queries and nothing happened, all I get is a email stating, we will attend to your request in 24 hours. In my line of work its not good. I am cancelling my service.
