Unpaid refund and ******ion
Worst service ever from rain, first they stole our money and couldn't refund it back, now we haven't had service for the past 3days... To make matters worse our subscription goes up every month we don't know why... They are quick to deduct money but slow to service delivery... Pure total ********.

30 Nov 2022, 20:21As usual rain will respond pretend to be assisting and forget about you later... I need network fixed on my router I am charged an arm and a leg on this **** if it's not fixed now don't even bother deducting from our bank account we might as well part ways here and now
