Unorganised business

I cancelled my service 2 months ago & the router was taken from me, but I am still receiving annoying WhatsApp notifications to pay or service will be deactivated. I’ve been logging complaints, but no one has called me to date to explain what’s happening. The courier company called me twice to fetch a router that they have taken already, this company is very unorganised.
