Unnecessary billing

They don't even deserve the 1 star I just gave them because their services are absolute ******* and I have to say I’m really frustrated with Rain Services. My payment is due on the 1st of each month, yet my services keep getting shut off for non-payment—even when it’s not time to pay! today is the 21st of October 2024 and I have been sent an email stating that my connection has been deactivated because I advent paid. Mind you, I paid this month in full, but I’m still told I owe money and they keep trying to deduct it from my account. this isn't even the first time that this has happened, but I had turned a blind eye to all the other times, but it has reached a point where I am also absolutely fed up. It makes no sense since even your records show that my payment went through. To make matters worse, besides the fact that your services are *******, the consultants I’ve spoken with have been also been rude and unhelpful. I’ve emailed twice about these issues and haven’t heard back at all.
