Unlimited Package is a lie...Dont buy it
I have been getting less than 11 mbps download and over 20 mbps upload from 19:00 to 23:00 at night every day while paying R999 a month .This has been going on since 28 May and looks like you guys just dont want to fix the issue this is my 3rd review on this issue . Please do something about this or else l am cancelling month end and moving on ..Lock me into a certain tower if you have to .. give me the settings one of your technicians showed me how to do it ....PLEASE FIX THIS ....

08 Jun 2024, 14:39Connection is fine right now but from 19:00 to 23:00 I get speeds below 11mbps ...During peak hours the speed dips to even 3mbps ...anytime before 19:00 everything is fine .... THE ISSUE IS DURING PEAK HOURS!!!!
