Unlimited off- peak for R250 BEWARE OF HIDDEN COSTS

I ordered the unlimited off- peak for R250 and thought this is the only amount I had to pay every month. This was not the case since I had to turn on spend limit first. This is very confusing and I believe this is how they get people paying extra without them understanding completely how their process operates. I had my spend limit turned off which I thought means that their is no spend limit set. This was not the case and nothing on their dashboard advises you otherwise. My usage graph is still not updating even though I used different browsers and different devices. I contacted their call centre and all I got was defensive agents who does not want to listen to what you are trying to explain to them. Had I read Hellopeter first I would have understood why they are reacting this way due to the low quality of service that provide. I am still waiting on my usage graph to be fixed but they have billed me anyway even though I cannot see what I am being billed for still waiting for the agent to email me this information? This is very poor service from a service provider who are supposed to be disrupting the data service provider sector. I hope they start changing this approach soon otherwise they will be regretting it the near future.
