Unlimited non existent rain contact for pensioners

I purchased an unlimited month to month contract for my mother. The area has 5G and 4G signal in Caroline Street, Vrededorp. The service activated, however she only had 3 days of connectivity and no service thereafter. You cannot call a call centre. You cannot send a message to their support centre. They appear to be underreported and cannot deliver the service promised.
