"Unlimited network" is limited
The whole of May I struggled to connect, when they respond I am being told that I must put my router close to the window, that didn't help. Then I received a call saying that my router might be broken. Yet when I use another sim from another network it works perfectly fine. Tomorrow I'm gonna be expected to pay? For what?

31 May 2021, 19:59Looks like I won't be assisted. Rain is definitely going to lose clients because most of us are complaining. Even after complaint, there's no change. I'll just cancel my sim... I bet I will be told to put my router close to the window or restart instead of rain looking into the bigger problem of poor network coverage. The more clients you have, the more you will make us suffer and leave. I will no pay for nothing
