Unlimited headaches and frustration

So rain being one of the best isp became the worst isp with the most useless customer service. The whole of last week I had slow and unstable internet I have over 20 service tickets that of which they never attend to.

The come the weekend I have no connection at all. Every time I try to report it I spend it gets disconnected and I end up being 80 and above in the que again spent a whole day trying to get some to assist. Till now not one person responded to any one of my queries.

Even if they do respond they give the generic response which is they will forward this query to networks department who must be the black hole of the company as anything that goes there is never seen or heard from again.

There is a problem with the tower covering my area as the moment I leave my area and go out then it connects perfectly so which leaves me to believe that being an Indian in an Indian area means I have to get jack **** from them
