Unlimited 4g not as promised!

I am extremely upset about what happened. I am going to cancel this.

I did an upgrade from the 19 hour unlimited off peak package because the speed was extremely slow (at 2-3mb on speed test) to the unlimited 4g, so the upgrade was instant, after that I restarted the router, I did a speed test, it was running at 20-30mb, so it was fine, after a minute or so, the speed came down to 2-3mb, same as the 19hour package(which is not like what the website promised, 10mb speed), I tried downgrading the package but it shows that only one migration can be done per day, so then I phoned support, the lady told me she can downgrade it for me but the downgrade will only happen end of the month which means I’ll still be charged for the service that was not fulfilled.

Why is upgrading instant and downgrading needs to be the next month, it doesn’t make sense. Been a Rain customer since it was available in my area, but now I’m extremely unhappy of this. Cancelling the service.
