Unlimited 4G 24/7 data

This is just embarrassing - The unlimited 4G 24/7 data plan that was advertised to have a speed up to 10Mbps, which is not true and I have been experiencing extremely poor network connectivity. I have been in communication with one of your consultants to assist with the poor connectivity to no success.

Your website shows that I am connected to a site; which is 0.57 KM from my house (I take note of the disclaimer about the accuracy on your website), the consultant has advised that I am connected on a site; which is 1 KM from my house, not the one shown on your website.

The speed test shows a download speed of 0.04 Mbps and uploading speed of 0.41 Mbps, what I have noticed is that the speed test does not go up above 1 Mbps for both download&uploading. Fortunately; This was not something I could have picked up during the coverage check; as it does not have an option to detect at what speed from the site to my house will I receive network.

It has been seven (7) days with no positive feedback from your consultant except that Rain has a backlog in responding to issues raised by the Customers.
