The same happened with me. They delivered the router, was never activated, I ask them in Feb to fetch their router. April & May they deducted ********ly from my account. they returned the money bit by bit. They returned the first R499, the second time they gave me R421 instead of R499. Still waiting for the last R499 they are ******. *****s
