******** deduction

Hardly six months and I regret the decision to use Rain as a service provider. My agreement with Rain is that they deduct on the 1st of each month which they have done so far till December the 23rd where they deducted R1867,82 to which I tried to call Rain numerously with no one picking up or calling back, I sent emails on their support link and there's yet to be a reply, then boom on the first of January Rain sends a mail that the funds that they were supposed to deduct as per our monthly agreement were not available therefore I won't have access to internet should I not make payment. I will not pay over R2300 for internet, I don't care if it's Rain or Thunder or even Sun. There's no excuse for such ****ty service, I am want my funds back that do reflect at my bank that they deducted ********ly and they have the audacity to cut my internet. I am looking at using another service provider and would not recommend this bull**** service to anyone. That star is only there coz there's no other option
