******** debits and poor service by Rain

I got the home basic package on promotion 2 months ago. Last month they debited my account proportionally for a premium package that was cancelled two years ago. Promises was made last month to rectify but no follow through. This month Rain deducted a full R999 for a device and service that I do not have. So in total they deducted nearly an extra R1500 from my account for a service that I didn't request or ha e equipment for to use.
