******** debit Order

I was just on this platform with my complaint concerning RAIN. Today I am back. For almost the entire month of July 2020 I was left with no service and a poor response from RAIN which is still not resolved! I had to eventually cancel off the sim card in order to resolve this myself.Yet today my account gets debited with R613. 05 for what service?????? I didn't receive a service through the month of July????? The invoice comes on the day that the debit order goes through been 1 Aug 2020 ?????? This to me is ******** practices off my bank account which I will take up with the ombudsman. You guys can't resolve a query but quick to debit an account for services that was not rendered!!!!!!
