Unknown arrears

I'm still experiencing problems with rain they still give my name to debt collectors and they assured to have canceled my account with the a last year September. Now it appears to my credit record as if I'm in arrears. Please help me and sadly it's for the second time now I review them here at hellopeter. I would like them to send me a letter that says I'm not in having any arrears with them.
