Unkept Promises

I made a subscription with Rain on the 4th November 2023, using my passport number. Payment was made, and delivery date was confirmed. Upon delivery the driver told me that they can't deliver the parcel because my passport has expired and they left. I immediately called Rain and I was told that a refund will be made to the account which made payment in 7-10 working days (which never transpired) I called again and the same promise was made but to date I've still not received my refund and it's almost 2 months now and I'm yet to get my payment back.
