Unjustified Billing and Lack of Explanation for Rain Network

The Rain network caused numerous issues, prompting me to terminate their services when I failed to make a payment for one month, resulting in the deactivation of Rain services. Given the month-to-month nature of the service, I assumed they would charge me for the period they deactivated the service. However, to my surprise, after a couple of months, the bill amounted to R 2956.00, which doesn't even align with a single month of service.

Upon inquiring about the exorbitant bill, I was informed that the charges were accumulating, even during the period when I wasn't utilizing their services. They were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for why they were billing me. Subsequently, they referred me to NuDebt Management (Pty) Ltd, but even this company couldn't clarify the reason behind the substantial amount I was being asked to pay.
