Unimpressed and frustrated

Its been 2 weeks without internet and i almost missed an online exam due to their stupid network. I called the rain support line and i was told to restart my device (which didnt work) and that there's an issue with the towers however my neighbour's device is working. It's really frustrating as we don't get any assistance when needed. One of the agents told me that he doesn't know when the government will fix the towers. How stupid is that response 🙄.
