Unhelpful support team

I must say it started great but For the past 3 months I’ve been having network problems. I have now called 3 times being told the same troubleshooting steps. My issues was escalated under the reference ***1 which was a week ago today. No response no feedback no follow up from support. I’m using my own funds to call and have this looked at. I understand network will break now and then but this is every 10-15 minutes. I don’t like changing services but this is bad service from your support team.
