Unhappy with support service

I collected my Rain Sim card at clicks and they told me to follow the link to activate. I did and chose the R479 package. Rain debited my account and instructed that i Rica my sim online, i have been struggling with the rica for the past 10 days. i have been calling and sending emails to support for 10 days with no response whatsoever. the main problem I have is that Rain is very quick to take money but they fail dismally to support their clients. I have been waiting and still am. if they don't want to help me then they should return my money simple as that.
