Unhappy with service

I called Rain 2 weeks back to change debit order date. The company than debited me twice and l was never advised about this, the agent tell me now that l am paying for 2 months because l am post paid client. Why was this communicated? “Sorry, that this was not communicated” is not a good enough response.
