Unhappy with Rain service provider

I cancelled my rain subscription in June as their product was of no use to me. I never used their data at all as it didn't work from day 1 when I received everything. My area showed that there was coverage, but I never got any internet connection. I wrote to support and got no assistance and when I did receive a call I told them my problem and they stated that they would send someone to fix it or provide me with a new device. No one ever came to assist until I decided to cancel the service because it was lying there not being used. So I decided in June to cancel their services. They sent couriers to pick up the device, to which they sent an email stating they had received it.

On the 15th of July they debited my bank account, this is after I had cancelled. They took their time refunding for the months of March and June and have not refunded me the amount they debited in July. I have been calling rain for my refund, and they have been telling me they escalating the matter till today.
