Unhappy with Rain
I am not happy with Rain. I made a payment of R595 on 30/01/2024 to cover the month of February. My payment date is set for the 1st of every month , but today they switched of the Wi -Fi saying I owe them R595. I tried calling them and even opted for a call back but no answer. Still waiting to be assisted and get this resolved
